To this end, ROCADA, S.L. has adopted the Quality Management System based on international standard ISO 9001 with the commitment to update pursuant to 2015, set forth in the associated Procedures and Quality Manual. As such, complete implementation of this system and constantly improving its efficacy is a priority goal under the general policy of Company Management, which means that all employees are engaged.

Working to reach the annually established Quality Goals, set forth in this Quality Policy:

- Developing improved quality with suppliers, promoting mutual understanding of problems, to guarantee reliable supply of products based on requirements.
- Developing improved quality in the company's production processes to guarantee reliable supply of products based on requirements.
- Being actively sensitive to the needs and expectations of clients, collecting data from their assessments and opinions on our product and our service, as a foundation for improvement.

When ROCADA was founded as a company in 1976, its strategic orientation was to meet a series of needs that production and services structures required in our country. Production, delivery, invoicing, financing, etc., were less antagonistic aspects and relations were less stressful.

Today, all this has changed. We are living a time of profound agitation, caused by multiple aspects that force us to control variables inside and outside our companies and to keep a close eye on the ups and downs in the market.
In line with its young and dynamic spirit, ROCADA seeks to tackle this situation with the bravery and enthusiasm that come from an ambitious project and an efficient team.
